The Subject Of The Order Includes: Adaptation Of The Rooms Of The X-Ray Diagnostic Imaging Laboratory, In Accordance With The Accessibility Standard And Adaptation For People With Special Needs, Delivery, Commissioning And Execution Of The Entire Subject Of The Order, Installation, Calibration/Scaling And Configuration Of The Entire X-Ray Set, Delivery Of The Required Additional Equipment Ensuring Full Functionality For All Devices, Carrying Out The Legally Required Acceptance Tests, Including, Among Others: Specialized And Acceptance Tests And Dosimetric Measurements, Preparation And Evaluation Of The Design Of Fixed Covers And Support In Submitting An Application In Cooperation With The User To Launch An X-Ray Machine To The Wsse, Providing Certificates, Technical Passports, Device Warranty Cards And Documents From Tests Performed, Or Other Required Documents, Providing All Documentation Needed To Obtain A Permit To Commission And Use The X-Ray Machine By The Wsse, Training Medical Staff In The Operation Of The Supplied Equipment, Providing A Full Warranty And Warranty For Defects For The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Assistance Technical, Required Inspections And Service Activities During The Warranty Period - Free Of Charge, Disassembly And Collection For Disposal Of The Analog X-Ray Machine And Densitometer Currently Owned By The Ordering Party.
