Tenders Are Invited For Snow Removal From Municipal Roads In The Winter Of 2026-2028

1. Part No. 1: Snow Removal Of Municipal Roads In The Winter Period 2026-2028, Region 1 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. When Submitting Offers For More Than One Region, Please (Fill In) For Each Region Separately - In The Offer Form: - For Parts No. 1 To 7 - Present A List Of Snow Removal Equipment, One Set Each: Tractor Of At Least 80 Hp With Front Drive With A Plow With A Working Width Of At Least 3 Meters, Double-Sided Front, Or A Car With A Plow With A Working Width Of At Least 3 Meters, Double-Sided Front. The Remaining Annexes May Be Common To All Regions.2. Detailed Requirements Related To The Subject Of The Contract 2.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Snow Removal Services Each Time After A Telephone Order Is Placed By A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party. The Work Will Begin At The Time Indicated In The Offer Form (Response Time Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria In The Tender Form).2.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Follow The Order Of Snow Removal Indicated In Individual Areas.2.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Order Of Snow-Cleared Roads.2.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order One Passing Bay At A Distance Of No Less Than 500 M, Or A Larger Number Of Passing Bays If The Terrain Conditions Require It. Passing Bays Should Be Made With Due Care, Leaving No Lumps Of Snow On The Road.2.5. The Price For Snow Removal Is Calculated In Man-Hours Of Effective Snow Removal Time (Excluding Repairs And Downtime). In The Event Of Equipment Failure Causing Work To Stop For A Period Longer Than 1 Hour. The Ordering Party Must Be Notified About The Event Each Time.2.6. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Equipment May Be Directed To Work On Any Other Road Than The One Mentioned In A Specific Area If The Ordering Party Determines Such A Need, And To Clear Snow From Squares And Parking Lots.2.7. The Commune Assumes That The Contractor Will Clear Snow From An Average Of 10 Km Of Roads In One Hour.2.8. At Road Intersections, Snow Should Be Pushed Aside To Allow Unimpeded Exit And Passage From Each Entry Road. 2.9. In The Months Of December, January And February, The So-Called Parking Benefit In The Amount Of Pln 700 Gross Per Month, Excluding Snow Removal. In The Case Of A Single Journey Through The Area, The Parking Benefit Will Amount To 1/2 Of The Initial Value, I.E. Pln 350 Gross. In The Case Of A Journey Of Min. You Will Not Be Entitled To The Parking Benefit Twice.2.10. The Minimum Remuneration That The Contractor Will Receive Would Be The Sum Of The Stand-By Remuneration For The Months Specified In Point. 2.9. During The Contract Period If There Is No Need To Provide The Service.
