The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Bus Equipped With An Elevator, A Ramp Or A Device Adapting The Vehicle To Transport Disabled People, With A Minimum Configuration Of 19 Seats + 1 Drivers Seat, Including At Least 1 Seat Adapted To Transport People In A Wheelchair. The Ordering Party Allows The Production Year Of The Bus To Be 20262. Basic Technical Parameters And Equipment Of The Bus Being The Subject Of The Order: - Brand New Bus, Year Of Production 2026 - The Bus Must Have All The Necessary Approvals Required By Law For Traffic In Poland And The European Union For Min. 19 People Plus The Driver, Including One Seat For A Disabled Person, As Well As A Second Stage Approval Certificate (Bus) And Documents Allowing Its Registration; - The Bus Must Be Able To Transport At Least One (1) Wheelchair Without The Need To Dismantle The Passenger Seats And Must Be Equipped With At Least Certified Ramps Enabling The Introduction Of A Wheelchair; - The Bus Must Meet All Requirements In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 305); - Devices And Components Installed In The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of Separate National And/Or International Regulations; - Equipment With The Minimum Parameters Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. - Other Equipment Required By Applicable Law - The Contractor Is Additionally Obliged, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, To Place The Beneficiarys Logo And Information (In The Form Of A Sticker Or Magnet Provided By The Fund) In A Visible Place On The Vehicle About Co-Financing The Purchase Of The Vehicle From The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons, Along With The Pfron Logo. - Parameters And Functions Specified In The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
