Tenders Are Invited For Organizing And Conducting Training For Employers Employing People From Third Countries

3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct Two-Day Stationary Training For Employers Employing People From Third Countries For A Total Of 16 Training Hours (45 Min/H) Each Training For A Group Of Minimum 10 People, Maximum 15 People (Training Participants) - The Total Number Of Participants To Be Trained Is 300 People In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To April 30, 2028. 3.2.The Training Will Be Carried Out Periodically On The Basis Of A Schedule, After Prior Agreement By The Ordering Party And The Contractor On The Dates Of Their Implementation In A Given Quarter. The Training Must Be Conducted On Consecutive Business Days (Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays), Every Day From 08:00 To 16:00, In Katowice. The Implementation Details Are Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions.3.3.The Aim Of The Training Is To Support Employers Based In Katowice Or With A Place Of Business In Katowice Employing People From Third Countries, In Terms Of Providing Them With Knowledge About Practical Skills In The Field Of Employing People From Third Countries In Poland And Maintaining Employee Documentation, As Well As Knowledge About The Rigors And Procedural Requirements When Managing The Work Of People From Third Countries In Poland, Social And Professional Integration And The Organization Of An Intercultural Work Environment As Part Of The Project Entitled Spilno Means Together Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Social Fund + Priority Fesl.07.00 - European Funds For Society, Action: Fesl.07.03 - Socio-Economic Integration Of Foreigners Of The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021 - 2027.
