The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New 9-Seater (8+1) Car (Microbus) For Transporting Disabled People, Including Two Seats Adapted To Transport People In Wheelchairs (Year Of Production 2025 Or 2026).2.The Vehicle Must Have A Certificate Of Approval As A Passenger Car Intended For The Transport Of Disabled People And Disabled People In Wheelchairs (The Certificate Must Be Delivered With The Car), Issued By A Statutorily Authorized Body, And Must Meet The Conditions Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002. On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended) As Well As The Conditions Provided For In The Provisions Of Community Law Of The European Union For Passenger Cars.3.The Delivered Car Should Have A Set Of Documents To Be Registered In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic, I.E.: 1) Sales Invoice, 2) Vehicle Card, 3) Approval Certificate, 4) Ec Certificate Of Conformity3.The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That The Delivered Vehicle, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Is Brand New, Unused, Ready For Work, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Has Not Been Previously Registered.4.The Vehicle That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements In Terms Of Technical Parameters And Equipment Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Volume Ii Swz)
