The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Warranty And Service Of Eight (8) Battery Energy Storage Systems (Battery Energy Storage System - Bess), Intended For Cooperation With Existing Photovoltaic Installations In The Ordering Partys Organizational Units In The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. Storage Facilities Must Be Located Outside Buildings, In Dedicated External Housings Ensuring The Environmental Conditions For Cell Operation And The Required Level Of Fire Safety. Energy Storage Facilities Must Have A Battery Management System (Bms) Or Equivalent Protection Measures That: 1) Constantly Monitor Voltage, Current And Temperature, 2) Protect Against Overcharging, 3) Protect Against Excessive Discharge, 4) Protect Against Excessive Current, 5) Protect Against Short Circuit, 6) Signal Failures And Abnormal States,7) Enable Emergency Disconnection Of Batteries, Bess Emergency Switch Must Be Available To Rescue Teams. If The Building Has A Fire Protection Switch, Its Activation Should Trigger The Bess Emergency Switch. The Emergency Switch Must Be Appropriately Marked And Secured Against Accidental Use. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula To The Extent Necessary For Proper Execution And Approval Of The Installation For Use.
