1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of It Equipment And Software, Including: 32 Computers, 24 Office Suites, 24 Monitors, 24 Keyboards, 24 Mice, 15 Kvm Devices.2) Requirements For Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order, Including All Products Ict, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Did Not Include: A) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; B) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Technical And Functional Requirements As Well As Equipment And Warranty Requirements Are Specified In The Opz, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. The Ict Requirements Are Specified In The Technical Specification, In Particular They Include: • Requirements Regarding Equipment Parameters, Including: Processor, Ram, Ssd, Graphics, Network And Ports;• Requirements For The Operating System, Including Compatibility With Optiest, Płatnik, Planb And Bestia, Rdp And Windows Active Directory Applications;• Requirements For The Office Suite And Its Compatibility With Microsoft Macros;• Requirements For Kvm Devices, Including Cooperation With Computers, Monitor, Keyboard And Mouse And Support For Windows, Linux And Macos. Failure To Meet The Requirements Referred To Above Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.
