Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Organization Of Entertainment Events Including Artistic Shows - Procedure No.: 58/Zp/26

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of 3 Entertainment Events With Artistic Shows. The Number Of Participants In Each Event Will Be A Maximum Of 360 People (Including A Maximum Of 180 Children In The 7-14 Age Category And A Maximum Of 180 Participants Aged 15 And Over). 2. The Ordering Party Expects That, As Part Of Each Of The Three Events, The Contractor Will Provide In Particular: A) A Multimedia Presentation For Children Aged 7-14; B) Screening Of The Film For Participants Aged 7-14; C) Broadcast Of The Film Entitled The Doll Directed By Maciej Kawalski (2026) For Participants Aged 15 And Over; D) Two Knowledge Competitions With Prizes On The Life And Work Of Bolesław Prus; E) Refreshments For All Participants.3. Each Event Will Take Place In A Cinema In The Wola District. The Ordering Party Allows Events To Be Held In Cinemas At A Maximum Distance Of 1 Km (In A Straight Line) From The Administrative Boundaries Of The Wola District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw, I.E. In The Neighboring Districts. 4. The Place Of Events, I.E. The Cinema, Will Be Indicated By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract.5.Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Related To Comprehensive Event Organization Services Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order.6.Pursuant To § 3 Section 5 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Insurance Coverage In The Field Of Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Conducted By The Contractor In The Amount Of Min. Pln 300,000.00. Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period.7.The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 276,750.00 To Finance The Awarded Order.8.The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Orders Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 9. Subcontractors: All Regulations And Requirements Regarding Subcontracting Were Included By The Ordering Party In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.10. The Order Must Be Completed Within The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To The Date Of The Last Event, But No Longer Than December 10, 2026.
