Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor And Trailer Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of An Agricultural Tractor And A Trailer. The Tractor Must Be Equipped With A Front Three-Point Hitch And A Power Take-Off Shaft (Pto).2.The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 4 To Swz.3.The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Complete (Having All Accessories, Wires And Cables Necessary For Its Use), Ready For Use, Free From Technical And Quality Defects And Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Standards And Legal Provisions, In Particular: A) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment; B) The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Together With: A) Warranty Cards; B) Operating Instructions And Technical Documentation Of The Offered Equipment In Polish; C) Documents Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Services By An Authorized Service Center During The Warranty And Post-Warranty Period; D) Ce Certificates, Approval Certificate; E) Documents Needed For Registration; F) Current Technical Inspection.5.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months And Not More Than 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol.
