Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Understood As The Contractors Activity Consisting In The Successive Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party In The Quantity Specified In The Ordering Partys Current Order With Requirements/Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Response To Individual, Current Orders Of The Ordering Party Placed To The Contractor In The Period Referred To In Point. 10 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Order).4.
