Tenders Are Invited For Providing Internet Access Services For Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party - Divided Into Parts

1) The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part I Of The Procedure Is The Provision Of Internet Access Services For The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party: Representation Of The Adoption Center In Chełm, Ul. Jedność 43, 22-100 Chełm, Including: Installation, Launch And Provision Of A Permanent Symmetrical Access Link Around The Clock, Providing Internet Access With A Capacity Of Min. 100 Mb/S.2) The Contractor Will Establish And Launch A Connection To The Internet In The Location Indicated In Point 1) Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement, But Not Earlier Than On October 1, 2026;3) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented For 36 Months From The Date Of Launch Of The Internet Access Service, Confirmed By Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Comments.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part I Of The Procedure Is Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Deadlines For The Execution Of Orders In Individual Parts Of The Procedure Are Set By Dates That Result From The Need To Ensure The Continuity Of The Provision Of Internet Access Services And To Maintain The Uninterrupted Operation Of The Ordering Partys Ict Infrastructure. In Relation To Parts Ii And Iii Of The Order, The Dates For The Commencement Of The Provision Of Services Are Set By The Dates Corresponding To The End Of The Validity Of The Currently Provided Internet Access Services. This Will Enable A Smooth Takeover Of The Services By The New Contractor Without The Risk Of Interruption In Data Transmission And Disruption Of The Systems And Users Using These Connections.
