Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Wood Pellets To The Primary School With Additional Belarusian Language Teaching In Orla In The 2026/2027 Heating Season

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Wood Pellets In An Amount Of Up To 300 Tons To The Boiler Room Of The Primary School With Additional Belarusian Language Teaching In Orla, Ul. Bielska 32, 17-106 Orla For The 2026/2027 Heating Season. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Wood Pellets In Bulk, Bagged Or In Big-Bags, Its Loading, Transport To The Place Of Delivery, Unloading To The Pellet Warehouse. The Ordering Party Has Two Pellet Warehouses With A Capacity Of Up To 8 Tons Each. The Dimensions Of The Holes Intended For Filling The Above-Mentioned Warehouses Are: 115 Cm X 310 Cm, Height 50 Cm Each.3.The Ordering Party Has Determined The Maximum Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, And Its Implementation Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And Is An Entitlement That The Ordering Party May, But Does Not Have To, Use. The Orderer Is Not Obliged To Fully Use The Indicated Maximum Order Quantity. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Additional Claims. 4. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Size Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be No Less Than 100 Tons. 5. The Heating Boiler Owned By The Ordering Party Complies With Point. 5.3 (Table 9) Of The Pn-En 303-5:2021-09.6 Standard.The Wood Pellet Being The Subject Of The Order Should Comply With The Pn-En Iso 17225-2 Standard And Have The Enplus Class A2 Certificate. It Should Meet The Following Parameters: - Diameter 6 ± 1 Mm; 8 ± 1 Mm,- Length 3.15 ≤ L ≤ 40,- Calorific Value > 16,500 Mj/Kg,- Humidity ≤ 10%,- Ash Content ≤ 0.5%,7.For Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Certificate Issued By The Manufacturer, Confirming The Above-Mentioned Parameters. 8. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively As Needed On School Working Days, From Monday To Friday From: 7.30-14.00.9.The First Delivery Of Pellets Will Take Place After October 1, 2026, In An Amount Of Up To 16 Tons To Fill Two Pellet Warehouses. Subsequent Single Deliveries Will Be In The Quantity Specified By The Ordering Party, Up To 16 Tons. 10. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By Phone Or E-Mail In The Quantities Indicated By The Ordering Party.
