The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase By The Tuszyn Commune Of A School Bus For Transporting Disabled Students, Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Łódź Voivodeship As Part Of The Buses For Schools In The Łódź Voivodeship Project. The Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Prepared For Bus Construction, Manufactured In 2026, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. The Production Process Of The Base Vehicle And The Construction Of The Body Must Be Carried Out By A Manufacturer With An Implemented Quality Management System In Accordance With The Iso 9001 Standard And An Environmental Management System In Accordance With The Iso 14001 Standard. The Bus Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of 20/06/1997 - Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended).
