Tenders are invited for Provision of Private Security Services at Kuliyapitiya & Labuyaya. Non-refundable Bid Fee: 2,500/- Bid Security: Rs. 300,000/- Bidding documents will be issued from 09.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m. on working days from 14.09.2026 to 02.10.2026. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 25.09.2026 in the BoardRoom at the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka at the Kuliyapitiya Premises. Sealed Bids may be dispatched either by registered post or deposited at the Bid Box kept at the Registrars Office before 02.00 p.m. on 05.10.2026. Late/incomplete Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened on 05.10.2026 at 02.00 p.m. at the Registrars Office in the presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives.
