The Assignment Will Be Carried Out In Birs Administration Building At Lungegårdskaien 42. The Canteen Was First Put Into Use In March 2023. The Canteen Is Equipped With The Necessary Kitchen Appliances, Fixtures And Movables. Power, Off. Fees, Internet, Cutlery, Porcelain, New Kitchen Appliances/Movables As Well As Daily Cleaning Of The Customer Area Are Taken Care Of And Paid For By Bir As. The Canteen Can Cover A Daily Requirement Of Approx. 80 Employees + Any Guests Who Are In The Building. Bir Reserves The Right That The Number Of Visitors To The Canteen Will Vary. It Is Estimated That There Will Be, On Average, Approx. 35-40 Users/Visitors Per Working Day. (See Appendix 4 For More Information On Visits Per Week In The Canteen In The Period 1 January 2026 To 19 April 2026). This Is Mainly Based On The Home Office Arrangement For Birs Employees. In Relation To Later Requirements And Pricing, The Provider Must Assume An Average Of 35 Users Per Working Day (Monday – Friday).
