Descriptionthe Procurement Concerns A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Food Gas To Lillestrøm Municipality, Nittedal Municipality And Aurskog-Høland Municipality (Hereafter Collectively Referred To As The Client). The Agreement Shall Cover The Clients Ongoing Needs For Food Gas, Including Delivery, Hire Of Gas Cylinders And Service And Control Of Gas Installations. Lillestrøm Municipality Enters Into And Manages The Agreement On Behalf Of The Participating Municipalities. Estimated Total Purchase Over Four Years For All Three Participants Is Estimated At Approximately Nok 2,080,000. The Client Informs That Nittedal And Aurskog-Høland Municipality Are New Areas In The Agreement And That They Therefore Do Not Have Previous Experience Figures On Consumption, But That The Need Is Expected To Increase. Volume Specifications Are Indicative Only And Do Not Obligate The Client. In Order To Take Into Account Cpi Adjustments, Great Uncertainty Associated With The Stated Estimate And Changed Needs, The Maximum Scope Of This Agreement Is Set At Nok 3,948,000. The Procurement Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Act On Public Procurement Of 17/06/2016 No. 73 And Regulations On Public Procurement Of 12/08/2016 No. 974, Part I And Iii, As Well As The Provisions That Appear In This Tender Basis.
