Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Sweepers Including Parts, Maintenance And Repair

The Contracting Authority Is Looking For A Supplier Who Can Supply, Maintain And Repair An Ev Sweeper And An Hvo Diesel Sweeper, Including All Necessary Parts, Attachments, Brushes And Other Accessories. The Total Value Of The Agreement Is Indicatively Estimated At €690,000 Purchase In Total For The Electric Sweeper And The Diesel Sweeper. Maintenance Is €160,000 For The Electric One Based On 6 Years. Maintenance Of The Diesel Variant Was €240,000 Based On 6 Years Over The Entire Term Of The Agreement. This Estimate Is Based Solely On An Estimate Of The Expected Need, Is For Information Purposes Only And Is Not A Guarantee Of Turnover. The Client Has No Purchase Obligation Under The Agreement. Tenderers Cannot In Any Way Derive Any Rights From This Indicative Value. If A Tender Contains A Price Level That, In The Opinion Of The Client, Is Not In Reasonable Proportion To This Estimated Contract Value And The Previously Determined And Documented Budget, This Tender Can Be Regarded As Unacceptable Within The Meaning Of Article 2.28 Of The Public Procurement Act 2012 And For That Reason Be Discarded. In Accordance With The Judgment Of The European Court Of Justice Of 19 December 2018 (Ecli:Eu:C:2018:1034), The Maximum Financial Contract Value Of All Additional Orders (Partial Orders) Within The Agreement Is: Lot 1 Sweepers Including Maintenance, Repairs, Parts, Attachments, Brushes And Other Accessories. €1,090,000 Excl.
