A New Social Cultural Center Is Being Developed In The Center Of Pijnacker. The Center Houses A Library, Music School, Theater Clubs And Dance School And Offers Course Rooms And Workplaces. The New Center Should Give A Quality Boost To The City Center. The Location Makes It A Complex Project, In The Middle Of The City Center With A Lot Of Foot Traffic And Close To A School. In The Meantime, The Final Design (Do) Is Already Being Completed And A Tender Must Be Placed For The Realization Of The Project. The Municipality Intends To Select A Construction Team Partner For The Further Development Of The Design, Demolition And New Construction. This Guideline Describes How The Development Of The Social Cultural Center In Pijnacker (Hereinafter: The Work) Is Put Out To Tender.
