The University Of Limerick (Ul) Is Seeking To Establish A Sustainable Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement For Modular Acoustic Booths/Meeting Pods Available In Both Solo And Multi‑Person Configurations To Meet The Requirements Of Any Department Of Ul. Requirements Include: • Supply Of Modular Acoustic Pods; Delivery, Installation And Commissioning On Site • Integrated Led Lighting, Power Module (E.G. 230V, Rj45, Usb, Usb-C) And Ventilation, With Optional Presence/Motion Sensors • High‑Grade Acoustic Panel Insulation • Optional Internal Table Or Worksurface • Optional Seating • Optional Mount For Screen Installation • Stable Installation Booths Must Be Constructed Using Eu Fire-Safe Materials, Safety Rated Laminated Or Acoustic Panels - Including Compliant Fabrics And Acoustic Panels, And Must Offer A Range Of Fabric/Finish Options To Suit Library Interiors. A Minimum Warranty Period And Reliable After‑Sales Support Are Required. Depending On Configuration Options May Need To Include A Wheelchair‑Accessible Layout With Suitable Door Width, Low Threshold Access And Appropriate Internal Clearances.
