The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply, Installation, Integration, Configuration And Commissioning Of A Complex System For Working With Artificial Intelligence, As Well As Maintenance Of The New And Existing Infrastructure, Intended For The Development And Increase Of The Technological And Analytical Capacity Of Dans. The System Should Provide A High-Performance, Secure And Sustainable Environment For The Processing And Analysis Of Structured And Unstructured Data, The Use And Training Of Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Models, Including Large Language Models (Llm), As Well As The Automation Of Analysis, Risk Assessment And Threat Prevention Processes. The Supplied Hardware And Software Components Should Be Integrated Into A Single Technological Solution, Together With The Existing Infrastructure. In Order To Implement The Integration And Functioning Of The Overall System, It Is Necessary To Provide Support To The Existing Infrastructure.
