The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Periodically Recurring Deliveries Of Laboratory Consumables Under 13 Separate Items, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), With The Aim Of Selecting A Contractor/S And Concluding A Contract/S Under The Most Favorable Conditions For Sbalhz Ead. In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), Which Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation, The Laboratory Consumables Are Specified With Detailed Technical Characteristics, Estimated Quantity And Estimated Value For Each Individual Item. Separate Item No. 1 Includes Sub-Items, And Participants Must Offer All Sub-Items Contained In This Particular Item. Non-Bidding Of All Sub-Items In Specific Position No. 1, Or Non-Compliance Of Any Of Them With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Is Grounds For Removal Of The Participant From The Order For This Specific Position.The Contracting Authority Allows Submission Of An Offer For One Or More Of The Individual Positions Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement, As Well As For All Individual Positions.
