Reconstruction And Overhaul Of An Adjacent Building To The Georgi Velchev Art Museum With Identifier 10135.1504.67.3, Located In Upi X-15, (With Identifier 10135.1504.67), Apartment 409, According To The Plan Of The 4Th Masters Degree, With Administrative Address Varna, Str. Gen. Radko Dimitriev №8, Branch Of Gradska Art Gallery Boris Georgiev, With The Aim Of Creating The Georgi Velchev Art Center. The Implementation Should Be Carried Out According To The Developed Investment Project And The Issued Construction Permit No. 87/23.05.2022, Which Came Into Force On 10.06.2022. The Object Is The Fourth Category According To Art. 137, Paragraph 1, Item 4 Of The Zut.The Contractor Will Perform The Following Activities:-Execution Of The Smr According To The Investment Project, The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book, And The Smr Provided By The Quantitative - Value Account.-Performance Of Unforeseen Works Within The Total Value Of The Smr (If Any)/As A Result Of Unforeseen Circumstances, In The Sense Of The Zop), Which Are Types And/Or Amounts Of Works That Are Not Included In The Investment Project And The Quantitative - Cost Account, But Whose Implementation Is Proven Necessary For The Full And High-Quality Implementation Of The Construction;-Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Investment Project;- Production And/Or Delivery Of Details/Elements, Equipment And Materials And Their Investment In The Construction;- Notifying The Employer Of The Need For Additional Design;- Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Studies/Testing;- Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of The Executive Documentation Of The Construction;-Participation In The Procedure For Putting The Construction Into Operation;- Removal Of Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning;-Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Determined By The Public Procurement Contract In Accordance With The Offer.
