The Purpose Of This Order Is To Choose The Contractor Who Will Carry Out Repair Works On Sakar Planina Street In The Section From Simeon Papazov Street To Kamchia Street In The Town Of Tutrakan, Tutrakan Municipality.The Main Objectives Of The Completed Investment Project, Subject To Strict Compliance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specifications, Are The Following:Complex Technical And Economic Characteristics Of The Existing Situation;Reconstruction Of The Street Network And Connection Of Communication Links With The Existing Streets Of The Settlement, Which Includes:Achieving Technical Elements Meeting The Standards For The Relevant Design Speed;Guaranteeing The Bearing Capacity Of The Pavement;Guaranteeing The Evenness Of The Pavement; Ensuring Good Drainage;Safety In Traffic Management​​​​​​Situational Decision. The Reconstruction Of Sakar Planina Street Does Not Change The Size Of The Street In Situational Terms And Fits Between The Existing Curbs. The Width Of The Street Lane Is 6.0 M.The New Asphalt Concrete Pavement Is Placed On Top Of The Existing Concrete Pavement. The Width Of The Car Park And The Location Of The Existing Curbs Are Retained. New Curbs 15/25/50 Are Executed In The Sections Where There Are No Curbs, Laying Them On Concrete C 10/12. On The Side Streets, Which Are Paved With Asphalt Concrete, There Is A Discharge Of The New Asphalt Concrete Up To 5 M. In The Design Of The Object, A Design For The Light Traffic Category And A Design Speed Of 30 Km/H Were Adopted As Initial Data.​​​​​​​
