In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, The Preparation Of An Investment Project, The Implementation Of A Cmr And The Exercise Of Authors Supervision For The Site: Design And Construction Of A New Roof Of A Warm Connection For The Gymnasium Of The Primary School St. St. Cyril And Methodius, Municipality Rodopi, Plovdiv Region The Subject Scope Of The Award In This Order Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Design - The Design Is One-Phase And Includes The Preparation Of A Technical Investment Project For All Parts Of The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works On The Site: Design And Construction Of A New Roof Of A Warm Connection For The Gymnasium Of The St. Of Building Permit. Activity 2: Construction/Smr - The Contractor Must Ensure A Lawful, Quality And Timely Start, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Investment Projects, According To The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And Its Implementing By-Laws. Activity 3: Author Supervision - Author Supervision Is Performed By The Designers, Architects, Engineers Or Their Authorized Persons Who Designed The Parts Of The Investment Project. The Authors Supervision Should Be Carried Out According To The Terms Of The Performance Contract, The General Terms And Conditions, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards And Norms And Regulations Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation And The Legislation Of The European Community. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Is Described In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
