The Ministry Seeks To Contract With One Vendor To Provide End-To-End Card Production And Image Capture Services, Including The Design, Production, Personalization, And Delivery Of Physical Cards, And The Provision Of Related Image Capture Services, In Accordance With This Rfb. By Submitting A Bid, The Bidder Agrees To Provide The Deliverables In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of This Rfb At The Rates Specified In The Completed Commercial Envelope. Scope Of Work The Business Requirements In This Rfb Are Organized To Reflect The Full Lifecycle Of The Services And To Make Clear The Expectations That Apply At Different Stages Of The Agreement. The Deliverables Continue To Fall Into Three Broad Categories: 1. Operational Requirements Describe The Day-To-Day Services, Performance, Quality, Security, Continuity, And Service Delivery Expectations. 2. Transition Requirements Describe The Obligations That Apply When Responsibility For The Services Is Assumed By The Vendor And Later Transferred Back To The Ministry Or A Successor Provider. 3. Governance Requirements Describe The Oversight, Reporting, Escalation, Decision-Making, And Accountability Model That Applies Throughout The Term Of The Agreement.
