The Ministry General Secretariat Of The Presidency, Hereinafter “The Ministry”, Requires Contracting The Cloud Infrastructure Service, In Accordance With What Is Indicated In These Administrative Bases And The Specifications Indicated In The Respective Technical Bases. The Ministry Reports That Currently The Service Is Provided By Microsoft Through The Windows Azure Platform, So It Is Necessary To Tender This Technology Or Its Equivalent, In Accordance With The Requirements Demanded By The Ministry To Guarantee Its Operational Continuity.On The Other Hand, The Service That Is Required To Be Contracted Must Be Operated In Consumption Mode, Which May Vary Depending On The Services That Are Enabled On The Windows Azure Platform Or Its Technological Equivalent.
