The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation Works On The Roofs Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings Located At Ul. Lipowa 3 And Ul. Lipowa 4 In Świebodzin. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Construction Of A Roof Coating With A Liquid Polyurethane Roof Membrane On The Existing Bituminous Roofing Base - On Both Buildings, B) Replacement Of Lightning Protection System Supports Glued With Adhesive On Flat Roofs - On Both Buildings, C) Performance Of All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Indicated Renovation Works. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz, In Compliance With Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Performance Standards Appropriate For The Scope Of Work. Requirements For Materials All Materials And Construction Products Used Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Approved For Use In Construction In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Have The Required Declarations Of Performance, Certificates Or Other Documents Confirming Admission To Marketing And Use. If The Order Documentation Indicates The Manufacturers Name, Trademark, Patent, Origin, Standard, Technical Approval, Technical Assessment Or Reference System, This Should Be Understood As Solutions Defining The Required Quality, Technical And Functional Standard. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provided That They Ensure Technical, Operational, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature, Facilitating The Preparation Of An Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Work Against The Design Documentation. The Possible Absence Of Any Part Of The Order In The Bill Of Quantities Or In The Tables And Material Diagrams Contained In The Design Documentation, In Particular In The Detailed Design, Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of Technical Documentation Or Opz At A Contractual Lump Sum Price.
