The Subject Of Part 1 Of The Order Is The Design And Subsequent Execution Of Works Related To The Lighting Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field And Tennis Courts In The Bańgów Housing Estate. 2.1.2. The Scope Of The Investment Task Includes, Among Others: A) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation, Including A Land Development Design, Based On A Map For Design Purposes, To The Extent Necessary To Notify The Intention To Perform Construction Works/Building Permits, Development And Approval Of A Construction Design And Technical Design For The Electrical Outdoor Lighting Industry For A Multi-Purpose Sports Field And Tennis Courts, Industry Supervision By The Administrators Of The Land Infrastructure Network, B) Implementation On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Designs Of All Construction And Assembly Works As Well As Control And Measurement Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, C) Performing Authors Supervision, D) Preparing Acceptance Documentation, Including As-Built Documentation Containing, Among Others, Post-Construction Geodetic Measurement, Post-Construction Measurement Of Light Intensity On The Track Surface, Electrical Measurements In The Field Of Pole Earthing Resistance, Insulation Resistance Of Cables And Wires, Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protection. 2.1.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 3A To Swz), 2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To Swz), - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Documentation.2.1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).2.1.5.
