The Works Include Comprehensive Repair Of Part Of The Roof Of The Swimming Pool Building Along With Preparatory Works, Partial Replacement Of The Roof Covering, Improvement Of Insulation, Roof Vapor Barrier And Sealing Of The Drainage System. Scope Of Works: Preparation Of The Work Area By Installing Scaffolding, Securing The Work Zone And Implementation Of Transport Protection For Materials And Waste. Disassembly Of The Existing Roof Covering Together With The Membrane, Battens And Counter-Battens And Careful Removal Of Insulating Layers Intended For Reuse. Inspection Of The Condition Of The Roof Structure, Cleaning Of Steel Elements, Implementation Of Anti-Corrosion Protection And Replacement Or Repair Of Damaged Wooden Elements. Impregnation Of Wooden Elements With Fire Retardants And Fungicides. Construction Of New Thermal And Moisture Insulation Using A Tight System Intended For Swimming Pool Facilities. Construction Of A New Joint And Counter Battens And Installation Of A Highly Resistant Roof Membrane. Intended For Contact With Sulfur Pools, Chlorine. Installation Of Sheet Metal Roofing And Performance Of All Necessary Sheet Metal Work. Repair And Sealing Of Roof Gutters And Checking The Tightness Of The Entire System. Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works And Handing Over The Facility For Acceptance. Summary: The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Documentation, Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Occupational Health And Safety Requirements. After Completing The Works, The Quality Of The Works Performed Should Be Checked And The Roof Covering Should Be Checked For Tightness And Correctness. Organization Of Works And Requirements For Carrying Out The Works: The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On An Active Public Utility Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize And Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures Uninterrupted Operation Of The Facility And The Continuity Of Services Provided Therein. The Works Carried Out Cannot Limit, Impede Or Interrupt The Current Operations Of The Indoor Swimming Pool And Outdoor Mineral Pools, In Particular In Terms Of Servicing Users And The Work Of Staff. Regardless Of The Obligation To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of The Facilitys Operation, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Introducing Temporary, Partial Restrictions On The Operation Of The Indoor Swimming Pool Or Selected Zones Of The Facility, In Particular In The Morning Hours, If This Is Justified By The Technology Of Performing The Works Or The Need To Ensure The Safety Of Their Implementation. The Scope And Date Of Introducing Temporary Restrictions Will Be Agreed Each Time Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor.
