A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To This Swz Ffu - Functional And Utility Program, And The 11Th Financial Statement Of The Investment. 1.2.1 Completion Of The Task Will Include, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Or To Submit An Objection-Free Notification Of Construction Works (Depending On Legal Requirements) - In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Ffu And This Swz (If Applicable). 2) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Conditioning The Design And Implementation Of Construction Works And Handing Over The Facility (Network) For Use And Its Operation. 3) Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Approved By Investor With The Project(S) And Notification/Permit, Including Construction, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment - In Accordance With The Requirements Of Law, Ffu And This Swz.
