1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Elevator (Passenger Lift) For Disabled People In Building B Of The Primary School No. 10 With Integration Departments In Zamość.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons As Part Of The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii In Area B. 3. The Investment Task In Question Includes: 1) Demolition And Construction Works For An External Elevator Along With The Installation Of The Device, 2) Performance Of Electrical Works: Construction Of An Internal Power Supply Line, Installation Of A Lift Shaft, Lightning Protection Installation, 3) Dismantling A Fragment Of The Central Heating Installation, 4) Reconstruction Of The External Sewage System Rainwater,5) Commissioning, Adjustment And Carrying Out Tests And Tests,6) Reporting, Registering And Obtaining Acceptance By The Office Of Technical Inspection (Udt), 7) Authorizing The Device For Use,8) Training The Ordering Partys Staff,9) Servicing The Subject Of The Contract During The Warranty Period.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment Are Included In The Architectural And Construction Design For The Construction Of A Passenger Lift, The Technical Design, The Land Development Design And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 And 10 To The Swz, And Later Constituting An Annex To The Contract And Being Its Integral Part. 5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations, And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Polish Standards, And National Technical Assessments.6. For The Purposes Of Interpretation, Documents Will Have Priority, In Accordance With The Following Order: 1) Contract Concluded Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party, 2) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order Or Swz), 3) Design Documentation.7. The Ordering Party Informs That The Documents Listed In Point 6 Point 3 And The Contract And Swz Complement Each Other. In The Event Of Disclosure Of Discrepancies, Failure To Include Or Omit In The Contract Or Swz Any Obligation Of The Contractor Resulting From The Design Documentation Listed In Point 6 Point 3 Or Vice Versa, Priority Will Be Given To The Meaning Of Stating The Existence Of The Obligation, And The Meaning Of Releasing The Contractor From The Fulfillment Of The Obligation Will Be Omitted.8.
