Knapp To The Building Of Primary School No. 5. Fr. Jana Twardowskiego In Biłgoraj, Located At Ul. Nadstawna 62A, In Order To Adapt Them To Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Health And Safety Regulations And The Principles Of Accessibility For People With Special Needs. The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of Existing External Stairs By Changing Their Technical And Operational Parameters, Structure And Equipment, Leading To Adaptation To Current Legal Requirements And User Needs. The Scope Of Construction Works And Orders Includes, Among Others: • Preparatory And Demolition Works Of Existing Stairs (Steps, Brick And Reinforced Concrete Walls, Landings, Doormats, Balustrades). • Earthworks - Excavation, Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, Backfilling Between The Designed Walls Resistance. • Construction Of The Stairs Structure - Reinforced Concrete Retaining Walls. • Construction Of A New Stair Surface Structure - Substructures, Concrete Slab Surfaces, Prefabricated Concrete Treads (Including Contrasting Marking Of The Edges Of The Steps - It Is Recommended To Use Yellow Treads). • Installation Of New Balustrades And Handrails In Accordance With Accessibility Regulations (Handrails At Two Heights: 75 Cm And 90 Cm) - The Design Of The Handrails And Balustrades Is Consistent With The Previously Made Elements On Other Stairs In Within The School Building.• Installation Of New System Doormats.• Construction And Reconstruction Of Architraves At The Building And The Retaining Walls Of The Stairs.• Repair Of Elements Damaged During The Works (Facade, Walls, Etc.).• Securing And Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.• Other Accompanying Works.
