3. The Scope Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation In Order To Perform The Following Scope Of Construction Works On Its Basis: 1) Construction Of 51 Individual Home Sewage Treatment Plants For The Purpose Of Discharging Sewage From Single-Family Residential Buildings Located In The Opole Lubelskie Commune And Construction Of 1 Home Sewage Treatment Plant For A Public Building Located In The Town Of Kazimierzów;4.The Scope Of The Order Therefore Includes Two Stages: The Design Part And The Implementation Part. The Design Part Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of Design Documentation For Each Location Separately On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program Attached To The Swz To The Extent Consistent With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1351, As Amended), On The Basis Of Which The Contractor Will Obtain Appropriate Permits And/Or Execution Notifications On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law. As Part Of The Task, The Contractors Obligations Include Ensuring Authors Supervision For The Duration Of The Task Implementation. 2) Development Of The Construction Design In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225, As Amended), 3) Preparation Of A Construction Design To The Extent Consistent With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of A Construction Design (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended), 4) Carrying Out Other Studies Required To Obtain A Building Permit/Notification And Other Necessary Arrangements, If Required By Law; 5) Making All Arrangements, Obtaining On Ones Own Behalf Or The Ordering Party Of All Opinions And Decisions, Together With The Building Permit/Notification, Necessary To Design, Build And Commission The Subject Of The Order. 6) Preparation Of Executive Documentation For The Purposes Of Investment Implementation, I.E. Technical And Executive Designs In All Industries, Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Construction Design. 7) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation After Completion Of The Works. 5. The Executive Part Includes The Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor, Approved By A Valid Building Permit And/Or Construction Notification. As Part Of The Investment Implementation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Then Perform The Works In Accordance With This Swz And Fup. 6. The Contractor Provides Surveying Services And Ensures That The Construction/Works Are Managed By Persons With Construction Qualifications In A Specific Specialty.
