The Contractor Should Calculate The Value Of The Works On The Basis Of The Attached Design Documentation.• The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer The Copyright To The Photographic And Film Documentation Referred To In The General Terms And Conditions Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works.• The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop An Update Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Design Along With Its Approval. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At Its Own Expense, Safe Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of Works Covered By The Contract On The Basis Of A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction Prepared By And At The Expense Of The Contractor.2) If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.3) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Assessments Technical Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
