The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room In The Building Of The Village Community Center In Popowo. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Performance Of Works Related To The Reconstruction And Equipment Of The Boiler Room, Including The Dismantling Of The Existing Heat Source And The Installation Of A New Pellet Boiler Along With The Necessary Accompanying Devices And Installations, A Domestic Hot Water Preparation System, A Fuel Storage And Feeding System, And Boiler Room Automation. The Order Also Includes The Execution Of Construction Works And Installations Related To The Adaptation Of The Boiler Room, In Particular Flooring Works, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Construction Of A Fire-Resistant Ceiling, Execution Of Plastering And Painting Works, Construction Of An Absorption Well And Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation Along With Power Supply To The Boiler Room Switchgear, Installation Of Lighting And A Fire Protection Switch. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of All Works, Deliveries, Connections, Adjustments, Tests, Inspections And Commissioning Necessary For The Proper Construction And Operation Of The Rebuilt Boiler Room. The Detailed Scope Of The Works And The Requirements For Their Implementation Are Specified In The Order Documents, In Particular The Design Documentation, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb), The Bill Of Quantities, The Offer Cost Estimate And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documents, Applicable Legal Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Requirements Of The Manufacturers Of The Devices And Materials Used, While Observing The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety.
