A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation (Construction, Technical And Executive Design) And Stwior Constituting An Annex To This Contract. Note: Due To The Adopted Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration (Lump Sum) Bills Of Quantities For Work Are For Information Purposes Only And Do Not Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Price By The Contractor. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works, Even If They Are Not Included In The Attached Bills Of Quantities, If They Are Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Design Documentation.
