1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Municipal Road Ul. Krucza In Wołomin On The Section From Ul. Wołomińska To Ul. Graniczna, As Part Of The Task Entitled Fund For The Modernization Of Dirt Roads At Ul. Krucza On The Section From Ul. Wołomińska To Ul. Graniczna, Przepiórcza On The Section From Ul. Graniczna To Ul. Słowicza, Gościniec On The Section From Ul. Lipowa In Wołomin To Ul. Czarnieckiego In Czarna And Ul. Błękitna In Nowe Lipiny.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In The Scope Of Construction Works, The Contractor Will In Particular Perform: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works, 2) Earthworks - Excavations For Construction Layers, 3) Road Base Made Of Reclaimed Concrete, 4) Road Surface Made Of Reclaimed Asphalt, 5) Remove Existing Shrubs And Trees, Secure Green Areas And Plantings Not Intended For Felling, Fence Tree Protection Zones, 6) Will Develop And Agree On A Temporary Traffic Organization Project And Will Carry Out The Works Based On The Agreed And Current Temporary Traffic Organization Project, 7) Will Adjust The Height Of Gate Valves And Wells Of The Existing Water Supply And Sewage Infrastructure, 8) Finishing Works - Regulation Of Exits, Planting, Topsoil And Grassing The Roadsides, 9) Will Settle Accounts With The Ordering Party For Materials From Dismantling And Demolition, 10) Will Tidy Up The Area After Works, Waste And Excavated Material Will Be Managed In Accordance With Applicable Law, 11) Will Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Confirming The Transfer And Disposal Of Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Wood From Felling Is The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Hand Over The Wood To The Ordering Party And Deposit It In The Indicated Place.
