An Employee Designated By The Ordering Party Will Start Showing The Contractors Around The Facility On The Indicated Days And Hours.• Starting Point Of The Visit - Entrance To The Building At Ul. Sikorskiego 134. During The On-Site Visit, The Ordering Party Will Not Provide Any Explanations Regarding The Content Of The Swz And The Execution Of The Order. Any Questions Regarding Clarification Of The Content Of The Swz Should Be Addressed To The Ordering Party In The Manner Described In Chapter 12 Of The Swz Information On Means Of Electronic Communication. The Offer Is Required To Submit A Declaration Of An On-Site Visit In Annex No. 14 To The Swz. If The Inspection Is Not Carried Out, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Contractors Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. Subject Of The Order (In The Design And Build Formula) Is The Selection Of Air-Conditioning Devices, Their Delivery And Assembly, And The Implementation Of Complete Cooling Air-Conditioning And Power Supply Installations In The Indicated Location, As Well As The Performance Of The Necessary Construction And Assembly Works, Securing Technological Passages, Draining Condensate And All Other Works Related To The Complete Execution Of The Task. The Valuation Must Include All Auxiliary Or Accompanying Works, Even Those Not Specifically Mentioned, That Are Necessary For The Comprehensive Performance Of The Task, And The Necessity Of Which Is Indicated By The Description Of The Basic Scope, Pfu And The Nature Of The Works. The Order Also Includes The Service Of Periodic Inspections And Service Of New Devices And Installations For A Period Of 5 Years, As Well As The Installation Of 3 Pieces Of Used Air Conditioners Stored At Ul.
