4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Care Services For Elderly And Disabled People At Their Place Of Residence In The City Of Karpacz, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. 01/01/2027 To 31/12/2027, In The City Of Karpacz.4.3 The Above Service Will Be Provided Under The Following Conditions: 1) The Order Covers The Provision Of Care Services In The Amount Of Approximately 700 Full Clock Hours Per Month, Which Gives A Total Number Of Approximately 8,400 Full Clock Hours In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 (12 Months) At The Place Of Residence, In The City Of Karpacz, To Persons Who, Due To Chronic Diseases, Age Or Disability, Require The Help Of Another Person,2) The Number Of Hours Of Care Services Specified In The Swz Is An Estimate And May Be Reduced. Due To The Nature Of The Order, It Is Not Possible To Clearly Determine The Above-Mentioned Needs, Because The Health Condition And Life Situation Of People Requiring Assistance In The Form Of Care Services Change From Day To Day. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of At Least 30% Of The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Services.
