Tenders Are Invited For Acting As An Inspector Of Investor Supervision Over Construction Works In The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Building Of The Municipal Office In Prószków

The Task Includes: Performing The Function Of The Investor Supervision Inspector In Accordance With Art. 25-27 Of The Construction Law; Acting As A Substitute Investor, In Particular To The Extent Specified In Art. 18 Section 1 Point 3, 4 And 5 And Section 2 Of The Construction Law; Acting As Coordinator Of The Activities Of Investment Supervision Inspectors; Impartial And Objective Participation In The Investment Process; Mediation And Arbitration In Disputes Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Of Construction Works; Supporting The Ordering Partys Activities, In Particular When Preparing Applications For Interim Payments And The Application For Final Payment, To The Extent Possible To Prepare By The Inspector Before The End Of The Agreement With The Supervision Inspector.
