Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Replacement Of A Coal-Fired Boiler With A Multi-Fuel Boiler In The Building Of The School Complex In Stawa, Which Will Involve Replacing Two Coal Boilers With Two Multi-Fuel Boilers In The Building Of The School Complex In Stawa, Including: A) Dismantling Works, B) Assembly Works Of The Boiler Room. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Tests And Tests, Checks, Training Of Employees (Indicated By The Ordering Party) In The Operation Of The Boiler, Obtaining The Necessary Decisions Authorizing Operation (If Applicable). A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate (Prove) In The Offer That The Construction Works Or Devices Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. If Equivalent Materials Are Used, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit A List Of Replacement Materials For The Technical Documentation With The Offer (Own Study Containing At Least: Manufacturers Catalog, Manufacturers Name, Description Of Materials) - Failure To Submit Such A List Means That The Contractor Will Use The Materials And Solutions Adopted In Technical Documentation.
