Part I – Exercise And Health-Promoting Activities And Nordic Walking Events1. Exercise And Health Classesthe Classes Will Be Conducted For 9 Groups Of Approximately 20 Participants. For Each Group, 10 Meetings Of 60 Minutes Are Planned, I.E. A Total Of 90 Meetings And 90 Clock Hours. Topics May Include In Particular: General Fitness Gymnastics, Strengthening, Balance And Coordination Exercises, Exercises Improving Mobility, Spine And Back Pain Prevention, Stretching, Breathing And Relaxation Exercises, And Elements Of Education Regarding Safe Physical Activity And A Healthy Lifestyle. The Contractor Provides A Person/People With Qualifications And Experience Appropriate To Conduct Classes, Preparation And Conduct Of Classes, A Gymnasium Suitable For Approximately 20 People And Water During Each Meeting. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Meals. For The Needs Of The Classes, The Ordering Party Provides Equipment And Exercise Materials Purchased As Part Of The Project, In Particular Exercise Mats, Resistance Bands, Exercise Balls And Small Training Equipment, Including: Rollers, Cubes And Sensorimotor Discs. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use The Provided Equipment In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose And To Adapt The Method Of Conducting Classes To The Available Equipment And The Capabilities Of The Participants.2. Nordic Walking Eventsthe Contractor Will Conduct 3 Outdoor Nordic Walking Events Of A Recreational And Sports Nature, Each For Approximately 60 Participants And Lasting 3 Hours. For Each Event, The Contractor Will Provide 2 Trainers Conducting The Event For The Entire Required Time. The Scope Of Implementation Of Each Event Includes In Particular: - Organizational Preparation Of The Event; - Preparation And Appropriate Marking Of The Route; - Conducting A Warm-Up And Instruction In The Correct Nordic Walking Technique; - Conducting And Supervising A March Or Competition; - Ensuring The Safety Of Participants During The Event; - Carrying Out Stretching And Cool-Down Exercises After The End Of The Activity; - Providing Accident Insurance For Event Participants; - Providing Educational And Information Materials Related To The Event; - Providing The Necessary Technical Support Of The Event. Material Prizes, Medals And Diplomas For Event Participants Are Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Providing Them To Participants During The Event. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Organization And Conduct Of The Event Within The Scope Entrusted To The Contractor, In Particular The Costs Of Trainers Work, Preparation And Marking Of The Route, Personal Accident Insurance For Participants, Educational And Information Materials And Technical Service.
