The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery From The Warehouse, Assembly, Operation And Storage Of Christmas Illumination Elements As Part Of The Task Titled: Installation, Maintenance And Storage Of Christmas Decorations In The City Of Włocławekthe Scope Of The Order Includes 1) Delivery From The Warehouse Indicated By The Ordering Party, Installation And Commissioning Of Christmas Illumination Elements In The Indicated Locations By December 5, 2026 (Assembly Begins No Earlier Than November 21, 2026) 2) Operation And Maintenance Of All Illumination Elements, Consisting In Maintaining Them In Constant Technical Condition From The Date Of Installation Until On January 31, 2027.3) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide All The Necessary Additional Elements That Will Ensure The Connection And Commissioning Of The Decoration, Including An Led String With A Flash Effect In Every Fifth Led With A Cold White Light Color, Consisting Of 10 Leds Per 1 Linear Meter With A Length Of Approx. 500 Meters To Fill In Any Gaps, Power Cables, Mounting Brackets, Cable Ties, Clamps, Extension Cords, Fuses, Izk Connectors For Lighting Poles. The Contractor Will Use A Decoration Assembly Technique That Ensures Its Safe Operation. In Assembly Systems, It Will Propose Technical Solutions That Reduce The Risk Of Damage To Lampposts And Decorations During Strong Winds. The Decorations Should Be Powered From Lighting Poles And Existing Connection Points Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4) Before Starting The Installation Of The Decorations, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Inform The Energa Ozdrowienie Company And Obtain Consent To Perform Works Related To The Installation Of Decorations And Connecting The Power Supply To Lighting Poles Owned By The Company. From December 5, 2026 To January 31, 2027, The Contractor Must Have A 24-Hour Telephone Failure Reporting Point And Be On Duty During This Time In Order To Immediately Remove The Failure, Threat Resulting From A Breakdown, Devastation, Traffic Accident, Weather Conditions And Other Random Events Whose Consequences Constitute A Threat To The Safety Of Persons Or Property, E.G.
