The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of An Up-To-Date Map For Design Purposes, 2) Development Of An Architectural And Construction Design, Land Development Plan, Technical Design, As Well As Obtaining All Opinions, Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Decisions, Resolutions, Consents Of Plot Owners For The Location Of Infrastructure (I.E. Obtaining The Right To Use The Land From Property Owners) And Other Documents Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Construction Works, 3) Geotechnical Tests For Sewage, 4) Preparation Of A Technical Specification Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 5) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities, 6) Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate, 7) Preparation Of Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, 8) Preparation Of Other Necessary Additional Projects For Eliminating Conflicts, Reconstruction, Construction Of Equipment Resulting From Industry Conditions And Agreements. 9) Obtaining Possible Decisions On Environmental Conditions For The Tasks. 4. The Contractor Who Will Perform The Order Should: 1) Prepare Design Documentation Based On Current Legal Provisions, In Particular The Law Act Construction, Spatial Development, Public Procurement Law And Implementing Acts Related To These Acts, 2) Obtain A Decision On A Building Permit In Accordance With The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 1186, Consolidated Text) For The Required Scope Of Works, Or Submit A Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit. 3) Obtain All Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Permits, Decisions And Arrangements (Including From Network Operators, Architectural And Construction Administration Bodies), Necessary For The Implementation Of The Planned Investment, Along With The Preparation Of Appropriate Documents For Applications And Development Of Applications Required By Individual Entities In The Above Scope, 4) Submit All Design Studies In Paper Form, 4 Copies Each, And 1 Electronic Copy (I.E. Dwg, Pdf), Including Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates (In The Format Xls And Ath); 5. The Ordering Party Will Grant A Power Of Attorney To Represent The Ordering Party Before All Institutions Giving Opinions, Agreeing And Issuing Decisions In Connection With The Implementation Of The Contract For The Development Of Design Documentation. 6.
