The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Delivery Of A Container Training Ground For The Purposes Of Field Research And Simulation Exercises, Together With Equipment, And A Free-Standing Container For Fire Tests, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 5 Designed Provisions Of The Contract. 2. Subject Of The Order Specified In Point 1 Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Design And Construction Documentation For The Subject Of The Order; 2) Agreement And Approval Of The Documentation Referred To In Point 1); 3) Execution Of The Subject Of The Order According To The Design Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point 1); 4) Preparation Of Appropriate Connections, Subfloor And Waste Tank In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Order To Place The Stand There; 5) Delivery, Unloading And Assembly Of The Subject Of The Order In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, On Area Of The Training Ground And The Logistics And Development Base Of The Fire Academy In Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki (65-100), Ul. Gen. W. Thommée 16;6) Conducting By The Contractor Theoretical And Practical Training In The Operation Of The Subject Of The Order Along With Instructions On Use For The Representatives Of The Ordering Party (Max. 5 People) At The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, On The Day Of Its Receipt. 7) Preparation Of As-Built Technical And Operational Documentation Covering All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order.3.Detailed Terms Of Delivery And Acceptance Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
