Volume: Estimated 120 Tons Of Pellets Delivered Directly To The Housing Estate Boiler Room In Mirosław 71C, Ujście Commune, 64-850 Ujście. This Quantity Is An Estimate And Is Used To Calculate The Value Of The Offer And Compare Offers. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of Actually Ordered Pellets In Relation To The Estimated Quantity, Depending On The Actual Demand Of The Boiler Room. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of At Least 120 Tons Of Pellets, Subject To The Possibility Of Increasing The Quantity To A Maximum Of 144 Tons, Under The Option Right. Successive Deliveries, Made In Batches According To The Current Demand Of The Housing Estate Boiler Room, Upon E-Mail Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Quantity Of Pellets By Max. 5 Days From Placing The Order - Note: Delivery Date Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Minimum Single Delivery Volume Is 24 Tons. Quality Requirements: The Delivered Pelle Must Be Wood Pellets Intended For Combustion In Pellet Boilers. Diameter: 6.0 Mm (+ -) 1.00 Mm, Length: In The Range Of 3.15 - 40 Mm Net Calorific Value: ≥16.5 Mj/Kg, Ash Content: ≤ 0.70% Moisture Content In Working Condition: ≤ 10% Bulk Density: 600 Kg/M3 - 750.00 Kg/M3 Fine Fraction Content: ≤ 1.0% Mechanical Strength ≥ 98%Specific Requirements : Length Of Hoses And Feeding Pressure: The Contractor Must Have Hoses Of Appropriate Length (Min. 15-20 Meters) And A Blowing Pressure Regulation System. The Sample May Be Transferred To An Independent Laboratory With Appropriate Competences To Perform A Given Test. The Cost Of The Test Is Borne By The Ordering Party, With The Reservation That If The Test Shows That The Delivered Pellet Does Not Meet Any Of The Required Parameters, The Cost Of The Test Is Borne By The Contractor.
