Tenders Are Invited For Providing The Jeżowe Commune With Equipment To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Population Protection And Civil Defense

4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Multi-Purpose Tractor, A Barrel For Drinking Water And Two Power Generators As Part Of The Task Equipping The Jeżowe Commune With Equipment To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. 4.2.The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of Brand New (Year Of Production: 2026), Originating From Current Production And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Originating From The Official Distribution Channels Of The Manufacturer, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Of The Equipment To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With Its Transport And Bringing (If Applicable) To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2) Delivery Of The Required Operating Instructions In Polish Along With The Order (If Applies), 3) Provision Of Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order, 4) Delivery Of Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer Along With The Order, 5) The Costs Of Transport And Insurance Of The Delivered Equipment Are Borne By The Contractor, 6) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Order, Including Its Course And Timely Execution, Quality, Compliance With Technical And Quality Conditions And Applicable Legal Regulations. 4.3.The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment Will Be At The Contractors Expense To The Ordering Partys Headquarters.4.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope, Type Of Supplies, Technical Parameters Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
