1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Elements Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program. 2. The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Without Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Functional And Utility Program With Annexes (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), B) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).4.The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. The Use Of A Given Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference System In The Documentation Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Material/Device/Product.6.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E.
