The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Hotel, Conference And Restaurant Services For 100 Participants Of The International Security Session And Participants Of The Training Entitled: Artificial Intelligence In The Public Service - Practical Aspects, Data Security And Privacy Protection Organized By The Provincial Police Headquarters Based In Radom On October 19-21, 2026.2.The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Agreement Be Implemented In One Hotel Complex With A Minimum 4-Star Standard, Located In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In Point 3.3.Place Of Operation: Hotel Facility Located In The Masovian Voivodeship, No More Than 150 Km From The Headquarters Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Radom, Ul. 11 Listopada 37/59, 26-600 Radom.4.The Ordering Party Will Independently Verify The Distance Illustrating The Calculation Of The Shortest Route From The Kwp Building Based In Radom To The Place Of Service Provision, Based On Printouts From The Website Http://Www.Google.Pl/Maps Designate A Car Route. If The Indicated Distance Is Exceeded, The Offer Will Be Rejected.5.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Hotel Standard To Be Below 4 Stars.6.The Provision Of Services Includes The Provision Of: 1) Hotel Services, 2) Conference Services, 3) Restaurant Services Within One Hotel Complex. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Service Of Renting Hotel Rooms, Meals And Renting A Conference Room With A Capacity Of 100 People At A Time. The Organizer Of The Training Is The Ordering Party And The Ordering Party Is Responsible For Providing Training Staff And Training Materials. The Subject Of The Order Is Not The Service Of Organizing The Training By The Contractor. 2.
