Tenders are invited for Financial Management Training Program The implementer will achieve four main goals: To reach and mobilize MSMEs through an outreach campaign across five provincial locations. To revise existing training materials and build coaching materials into a standardized curriculum. To deliver capacity building in business planning and financial management and deliver structured group coaching to selected MSMEs. To conduct hands-on support to ensure that MSMEs successfully apply a financial management system or platformcovering sales, financial planning, and stock managementin their actual business operations. Target Beneficiaries Micro, small, and medium enterprises operating in the business hub provinces. Priority to informal or partially registered MSMEs that intend to formalize during the program. Beneficiary Selection Applicants must have been operating for at least twelve months, with the owner or manager personally attending the program. Applicants must commit to attend the full training and coaching sessions and apply the tools in their actual business. For the system adoption stage, applicants must have access to a smartphone or computer and sufficient transaction volume to justify a system. Progression from training to group coaching and from group coaching to system adoption is based on attendance, completed assignments, and demonstrated application.
